A wine bottle with added extras

I had some of those decorative glass beads used for jazzing up flower vases, I didn't really want them but didn't feel I could throw them away so..........

I took a green wine bottle, wrapped some rafia around the neck, and used a glue gun to stick the glass beads on the front  to resemble a bunch of grapes.
A while ago I bought some gold and green leaves from the Range just because I liked them and they were a bargain at only £1 for quite a few in a bag.  I used these around the neck then put a few extra touches with things I had in my craft box.

Not sure what I can use it for yet but it looks quite decorative just as it is, I have more beads in another colour so just waiting until I can get a brown bottle.

An Easter Bonnet For Mrs Teddy

I used some of the felt flowers I had previously made to spruce up a plain childrens hat.
Now she has the complete outfit.

A New Dress For Mrs Teddy From a Tea Towel

The fabric for this dress is a tea towel, bought as a set of three different colours reduced at sainsburys for £1.50.  Cotton type tea towels can often be bought very cheap, there are some really pretty colours and patterns and they  can be made into all sorts of things. The fabric is easy to work with and makes very nice bunting too.

I have never made childrens clothes before other than fancy dress so I thought this denim fabric would make a nice new dress for my old Teddy Bear, I added some broderie anglaise that I had in my scraps box.
